Claims Billing Reports . . . This report is the Customer's detail listing of subscribers in reinsurance for the period selected. Included in this detail is the listing of covered subscibers, the dollar amount of claims paid per subscriber during the last cycle, details of infacility and outfacility claims, and adjustments to billings. This report provides the detail breakdown of the Reinsurance Adjustment Amount found on the ASC Voucher Account report.
