Gag Clause Prohibition Compliance Attestation (GCPCA) Group Survey

GCPCA Survey to File Gag Clause Prohibition Compliance Attestation on Your Behalf

The Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) requires Group Health Plans annually submit a GCPCA to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Although Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi ("BCBSMS") is not responsible for your compliance, we are assisting Group Health Plans with this CAA requirement. For the current attestation period, BCBSMS needs information from you. We request you provide BCBSMS with the additional information necessary for submission to CMS by answering the question(s) in the survey.
