Key Deciding Factors:
Everyone has different needs to consider when selecting a plan. We provide convenience and security with the following:
  • Blue Care is an individual product with no family plans offered.
  • Each family member will have his or her own individual plan, deductible, etc.
  • Premiums must be facilitated via bank draft. The draft occurs on or around the 1st of the month.
  • Out-of-State services require prior approval unless it is deemed a true medical emergency.
  • This is an electronic product. Enrollment in myBlue is required. ID Cards are only available via myBlue or the myBlue mobile app and physical cards will not be mailed out.
